Clinics are individual 45 or 60 minute introductory sessions designed to teach members more about how to get the best workout and results from the different sorts of equipment we provide.

If you find sometimes the motivation to train sometimes wains, then these sessions are for you. We run sessions where 3-6 people work out together under the watchful eye of one of our qualified trainers. These sessions are held at the same time each week and are bookable in blocks of 6 or 12 each term.
We encourage you to have your exercise programme reviewed on a 6 weekly basis.
Refreshing your programme will help keep you motivated and interested as well as giving you enhanced results from your training.

If you have always wanted to ski, windsurf, learn to sail, cycle in the sun or just take part in local running event or cycle club, our clubs can help. Many organise club parties to enter local events, go on group holidays and participate with like-minded others. Our clubs are genuinely about friendliness, and meeting new people.
Our Personal Coaching systems cover not just the face to face supervision of the exercise sessions , but also the online support between workouts from your Trainer .How your getting to grips with the workouts , enjoying it , getting results and all the advice that you will need from your own chosen fitness coach.
Exercise is not always enough! If you need help with weight loss, high blood pressure or cholesterol or managing your diabetes, we will point you in the right direction of who to see. We have staff qualified to counsel you on ways to meet your nutritional needs and health goals.
Many of us would love to one day complete a marathon , take part in a triathlon or cycle a long distance.
If we can get a significant number we will set up special training groups that will provide the support motivation and instruction needed to achieve your dream.
Every quarter we will be supporting a range of athletic events such as runs , cycles, swims , and walks and we will be entering a team in the events as well as providing training support to get you ready to take part. We will be advertising what events we will be supporting each quarter and how you can take part as a member of the Club party.
